… by another young lady of the German persuasion (also of the young, and the fun-loving persuasions), named (at least here, on these Fora), Ivy. You can see the pic she uses as a sort of avatar, down there next to Bookworm's. The picture is what originally caught my attention, and when I visited her blog/photos, I found a bunch more, and they're quite good. I can't speak to the technical quality of the versions we see, but I also suspect a lot of the photos up in this space are better than they look here. Her eye for composition and light is very good. Go have a look. There are a lot of the usual "document" shots, too, and while interesting, are simply that.
Another young lady (Well, I think she's young.) whose work I admire is Linda Kuklova (OK, you Americans, the accent is on the first syllable: "KUK-la-va", not "kuk-LO-va". That "a" in "la" is really rather close to a "schwa", but I haven't got a schwa anywhere.) Go see her stuff … it's real, hands-on art, not the usual sort of thing at at all.
