It’s been quiet here … what between the sub-zero (°F) temps outside, and generally uninteresting prospects from my windows, photography hasn’t had much appeal. But I’m getting kinda restless without doing any shooting, and I’ve begun to shoot things around the apartment. I got a couple of the cat when he was in a more-or-less cooperative mood, and here they are:
It ain’t much, but it’s something, at least.

He’s bipolar on the subject, Dare … sometimes he’s “clingy”, and sometimes he’s stand-offish.

From all the crazy warm weather we had in December, temperatures dramatically changed for January. So finally, now we are having the first snow of the season, and it is a blizzard. 😯

Under 0 F degree?….I’ve never experienced such a cold temperature in my life! Yesterday it was only 28 F degree in Tokyo. The coldest day in this season…..

Hi, Sam! … Yes, that temperature is not too rare in this locality … there were many times in past years when we would keep the kids home from school, because the cold was so severe as to be dangerous for kids to walk. I look forward to milder temperatures, which will bring out the Spring flowers … but just blue skies would help.

Nice. Lots of great color. Love kitty’s fur chin to paw… white as snow. Our resident pooch doesn’t appreciate posing for photos- he uncharacteristically snubs me when I attempt his portrait. …Does the quilt tell a story?
It was surely cold here, too; glad that’s not the case now. Spring will be most welcome this year… stay warm.

Thanks, Jill … The quilt is just a cheap, mass-produced quilt, much the worse for wear, I’m afraid.
