Beauty in strange places …

04 Nov

I was coming out of the local hospital the other day (no, not any problem for me; I was there to see a friend), and spotted this in the carpark. It had rained, which accounts for the water, and a leaky oil drain or valve cover accounts for the oil. I took these; they required almost no post-camera processing.

I thought they were quite decorative.
And, arriving home, this tree was in its last day of glory (all the leaves were gone the next day.) …

Cheers, all!

Indeed. :)On account of the accounts, I observe also the texture of tarmac, concrete or whatever the ground sealing material was, would accounts the curiously organic growth like pattern. :sherlock:

    These are superb photos!

Nothing is so bad as not to be good; habitat destruction may really turn out to be aesthetically valuable 🙂

Once I returned back to see my old friend. He was so charming and talkative and so sweet in his tongue! As I reached home, a telephonic message came to me that He was dead! How amazing like a beautiful tree in the autumn ! 🙂

Interesting effects with the oil. Beautiful yet…The tree is pretty. Leaves are rapidly disappearing here, at well.

Nice catch with the rainbowy oil spill. :up:We still have some trees that are hanging on to their leaves, but they're in a decided minority now.

The colors in the oil and water mix are beautiful! Some of them almost look like snowflakes. I love finding beauty in odd places.
